New 2” external Gas supply pipework to supply commercial kitchen & Andrew’s Gas fired water heater.
ST ANDREW’S CHURCH PLANT ROOM
Basement plant rooms are never easy especially when they have previously been converted. On two occasions in the past this system had been converted from coal to Oil then Oil to Gas. Eventually with good planning and good old manual labour. We managed to remove obsolete Gas boiler & redundant oil tank from the plant room. New Ideal Evomax Boilers & Low Loss mixing header were fitted. Sections of welded and screwed pipework replaced and connected to new plant room
